1 can tomatoes (2 cups)
1 can string beans (2 cups)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. celery, diced
2 c. carrots, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in a casserole. Bake 2 hours at 350, covered, or until carrots and celery are done (they may be precooked to shorten baking time). Uncover for last 30 minutes.
