1 can 13 -14 oz quartered Artichokes
1 8 oz package of cream cheese softened to room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 jalapeno pepper diced (seeds removed) optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth - spoon into pie size baking dish and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. The sides will be a bit brown and bubbling. Serve with taco chips.

Note: you can use low fat cream cheese, may, and sour cream but the consistency will be much softer and a bit runny - but tastes just as good.
