2 squares (1oz each) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter (no substitutes)
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
Filling:
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
3/4 tsp peppermint extract
3-4 drops green food coloring
Glaze:
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 ºF. In a heavy saucepan or microwave oven, melt the unsweetened chocolate and 1/2 c. butter. Cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and flour. Stir in the chocolate mixture. Pour into greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
In a mixing bowl, combine the filling ingredients, beat until creamy. Spread over brownies. For glaze melt chocolate chips and butter until smooth. Spread over filling. Refrigerate until filling and glaze are set.
Makes 12-16 brownies.
