1tbsp. olive oil
1c - chopped green onions
2-3 cloves of garlic minced
1 med. smoked turkey leg
2 heads of small green cabbage
1/4c - Daddy's Sauce
Season salt or salt and pepper (optional)

Directions:
Chop cabbage in 2 inch sections. Saute green onions and garlic in a large pot. Do Not all onions and garlic to brown. Place whole turkey leg in pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Allow turkey leg to boil for 20-30 minutes, the skin of the turkey leg should begin to fall off. Add chopped cabbage to the pot. Season with seasoning salt or salt and pepper to taste. Cover with the lid. Turn the heat down to medium. Allow cabbage to steam at a low boil for 20 min. Remove turkey leg from the pot and cut meat from the bone if it has not fallen off. Add Daddy's Sauce and stir well. Turn heat to a simmer until you are prepared to serve your meal.
