1 lb. chicken breasts, cut in half
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
1 egg, beaten with 1/2 c. buttermilk added
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Panko bread crumbs
1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in egg/buttermilk mixture for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix
Panko bread crumbs, flour, poultry seasoning, sage, salt and
pepper in bowl. In another bowl, mix mushroom soups, milk and chicken
broth together. Pour small amount of soup mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan.
Roll chicken breasts in Panko/flour mixture and lightly brown in skillet.
Remove to prepared pan. Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken. Cover
and bake in preheated 300ºF oven for 1 hour.

This can be varied by using only golden mushroom soup or I have even
used 1 each of golden and cream of mushroom w/roasted garlic
