romaine lettuce
celery
6 hard boiled eggs
frozen peas-steam slightly
green peppers
green onions
water chesnuts 6 oz can
bacon slices 8 crumbled
mayo or miracle whip 1 cup
sour cream 1 cup
sugar 2 tbsp
cheddar cheese grated 1 c
bacon slices 4 crumbled

Break lettuce-layer in 9 x 13 pan. Scatter each layer in order given. Mix mayo sour cream , sugar and spread over top seal to edge. Scatter grated cheese, followed by bacon and green onions, looks nice if you use a glass pan. Can be made ahead of nice and put in fridge with saran on top.
