2 c. whipped cream-must whip real cream
4 eggs
2 c sugar
3 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix liquid ingredients together then blend in dry ingredients. Use a large cake pan 9x13. Bake for approx. 35 to 40 min- should be golden on top when done. Test with toothpick. Top with brown sugar icing found in this cookbook and for a little different flavor you could add a touch of orange flavor in the icing.
