stew beef
potatoes chopped
carrots sliced thick
onion chopped fine
celery chopped
frozen peas
3 Tbsp HP Sauce
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
shot of Tabasco
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp OXO
beef broth
flour or cornstarch to thicken
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew beef in becel or oil until nicely browned. Then add all other ingredients to pot. Add beef both to cover vegetables and stir. Mix 1/2 cup of flour in a bowl with a cup of beef broth. Stir well before adding to stew. stir in to stew pot and bring to a boil then turn down the heat to the lowest setting and simmer for about 4 hours. If not thick enough just add another mixture of flour and beef broth.
Amounts very depending on the size of stew you are cooking.

For gluten free thicken with cornstarch and omit the worcestershire sauce.
