Heavy duty aluminum foil
1 c sugar
1/2 c water
1/4 c light corn syrup
1/2 tsp margarine
1 c dry roasted peanuts
1/8 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large electric skillet with heavy duty foil. Combine sugar, water, corn syrup and margarine in skillet. Set temperature at 375º. Cook stirring occasionally, until syrup turns golden brown. Stir in dry roasted peanuts. Continue stirring until mixture turns medium brown. Add soda; stir vigorously. Remove foil containing candy from skillet and let cool. Break brittle into pieces.
