1 lb uncooked pasta (shells) Dressing: 1 C mayonnaise ½ C sour cream 1 T lemon juice or vinegar 1 T tarragon 1 T dried mustard (Dijon style) 1 or 2 T sugar (to taste) For Salad: 2 cans tuna (albacore in water) – drained and shredded 2 C frozen peas (thawed) ¼ t salt 1/8 t pepper
Cook Pasta according to directions, drain and cool. Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Fold in the tuna and peas. Add the pasta. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
