1 lb uncooked pasta (shells)
Dressing:
1 C mayonnaise
½ C sour cream
1 T lemon juice or vinegar
1 T tarragon
1 T dried mustard (Dijon style)
1 or 2 T sugar (to taste)
For Salad:
2 cans tuna (albacore in water) – drained and shredded
2 C frozen peas (thawed)
¼ t salt
1/8 t pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Cook Pasta according to directions, drain and cool. Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Fold in the tuna and peas. Add the pasta. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
