Directions:
Boil potatoes till tender and mash (put aside)
Fry (chopped or grated) onions until golden, add
Garlic & finely chopped dill (or your favorite) pickle.
Continue on low heat and add Corned Beef until all
Ingredients are heated through.
We like it best not to crisp and add a little pickle
Water at the end. All the fried-ingredients go into
the pot with the mashed potatoes. Do not mash again, just mix and serve with fried eggs.
