1 lb. wide noodles
1 cup peach jam
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon
4 eggs
cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
Toss with next 5 ingredients. Pour into 9x13 glass baking dish sprayed with Pam. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.
Bake for 1/2 hour.

I really liked this as a kid. It's also a good kugel to make if you don't want to mix meat and dairy.
