2 Eggs
2 C. Sugar
2 C. Crushed Pineapple (undrained)
2 C. Flour
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

Topping:
2 C. sugar
1 stick Oleo
1 sm can Evaporated Milk
1 C. chopped Pecans
1 C. Flaked Coconut
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Lemon Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in pineapple; add flour and baking powder. Mix well and bake in lightly greased 13x9" pan at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes. Add topping.

Topping:

Combine sugar, oleo and milk in pan. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add other ingredients., Spread over hot cake. Cool.
