1 can (19 oz/540 mL) pumpkin pie filling
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp (2 mL) ginger
1/2 tsp (2 mL) nutmeg
1 (9"/23 cm) unbaked deep dish pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together pie filling, Eagle Brand, eggs, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake in preheated 425ºF (220ºC) oven 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350ºF (180ºC). Bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near centre comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired. Cover leftovers; refrigerate.
