1/2 c margarine
1 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c grated carrot
2 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar well. Beat egg and stir in carrot. Stir remaining ingredients together and add to butter and sugar mixture. Mix well. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet of parchment paper. Bake in 350º oven for 10-12 min
