2 cups cooked rice - Basmati rice is healthier.
21/2 - 3 cups whole milk - 1% is healthier.
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of raisins
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Add the milk to the cooked rice. Whisk the eggs and add to rice mixture. Add the remainder of ingredients and pour into an oven safe dish and place in a bain marie, using hot water. Slow oven, 325 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours.
