2 Cucumbers, sliced
1 Red Onion, sliced
4 Tomatoes, quartered
1 cup Whole Black Olives
1 Bottle of GOOD Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 cup Feta, crumbled
2 heads Romaine Lettuce, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place all vegetables except lettuce in a plastic zip lock bag. Pour in 1 1/4 cup of salad dressing. Place in refrigerator for an 1 hour or more to marinate.
2. Pour vegetables on lettuce. Add more dressing if needed. Top with feta cheese and serve.
