1/2 C shortening (white, not butter-flavored)
2/3 C powdered sugar
1 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C ground walnuts
1/2 C shredded coconut
1 box (4 oz) chocolate jimmies (these are the size of grains of rice, and can be found in the cake decoration isle)

Directions:

Mix with hands in a large bowl, IN ORDER.
Shape with hands into a "log", 2-3" long and 1/2-1" thick. You could make them into 1" balls, but then you would have to rename them.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 325º for 20-25 minutes until slightly browned.
