1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. corn flakes
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. salted peanuts
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour (sifted)
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the sugars, shortening, and eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients. Form into cookies on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375º until brown.
