3 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. dry vermouth or white cooking wine
1/2 -1 tsp. fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsp. country style Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 - 6 oz. salmon fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Place salmon on broiler pan coated with cooking spray; brush with half of honey mixture. Boil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork; basting frequently with remaining honey mixture.
