4 - 6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. dry white cooking wine
1 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
1/2 c. fat free. less sodium chicken broth
1/2 c. half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/2 in. thickness. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and add to pan. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Add green onions, wine, and rosemary; cook 30 seconds. Stir in broth and cook for 2 minutes. Add half & half and cook an additional 2 minutes. Serve over herb rice.
