12 Eggs
1 tsp.Vanilla
2 1/2 tsp Annisette
1/2 tsp Salt
7 tsp Bake Powder
6 tsp.Evaporated Milk
1 tbsp oil
2 1/2 lbs. Flour(sifted 10 cups)
6 tbsp Sugar
Lots of vegtable oil for frying

Mix all together.Batter will be stiff.Add a little water if needed.Make 4 small balls a7 coat with alittle oil to prevent drying.Roll out till paper thin(Grandma said" youa shoulda see youra hand thru it")Make stips,tie into knots.Deep fry till they puff up and turn golden brown.Put on brown paper bags to cool.Dust with powder sugar,then drizzle with honey...

These cookies were a labor of love from Grandma.We all new it was a special holiday when we saw these treats.Today,we still use grandma's board to make these,and wear her apron..She is missed dearly....
