6 large peaches
2tbsp flour
3 tbsp butter
2 well beaten eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slice fruit in unbaked shell. Cream ingredients and pour over fruit. Add top crust. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes lower heat to 350º for 40 minutes.
