2 lbs. ground beef (Kansas grown if possible!)
2 eggs
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place meat in a large bowl, form meat into a ball, then depress the middle to form a indentation to mix the additional ingredients. Add the eggs, then mix in the onion soup mix, water, and ketchup. Mix the wet mixture evenly into the meat, then mix in bread crumbs forming an even consistency. Add additional water and bread crumbs as needed to reach a good consistency.
Form into an even loaf, being careful to pat the loaf and seal it together well before placing in the pan. Coat the top with a layer of ketchup and bake for one hour. Add another layer of ketchup on top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. ENJOY!
