Pesto:
1 large bunch basil
¼ cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Puree all ingredients together in blender

Salad:
1-2 cups sun dried tomatoes, softened and sliced
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons basil pesto (from above)
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1- 12oz box curly pasta, cooked, drained and cooled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, olives and artichoke hearts in large bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar and red pepper flakes stirring to coat.

Blend in pesto. Add feta cheese and pasta mixing well. Cover and chill. Will keep up to 5 days.
