3 cups cleaned, cooked shrimp
2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
3 strips bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' pepper and onion in a little butter until soft. Make layers of shrimp, crumbs, onions and peppers in casserole dish (1 1/2 quart size) Beat eggs, milk salt and pepper (to taste) together. Pour over shrimp. Lay bacon strips on top and bake at 325º until set and bacon is browned. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
