1 whole chicken
2 T chicken broth granules
salt and pepper to taste
1 large can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c butter or margarine
8 cans of cheap biscuits, quartered or torn into small pieces
1 14-15 oz can of evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken broth granules and salt and pepper in a large stock pot, cover the chicken with water, continuously until chicken falls off the bone.
Strain the broth removing all visible fat and froth.
Put broth back into large stock pot and add soup and mix well.
Fill stock pot with water until it is 3/4 full.
Let it continue to boil while your chicken cools.
De-bone chicken and add to broth.
Add biscuits one can at a time.
Stir constantly until all biscuits are added.
Boil for 20 minutes, watch pot, and stir often so they do not stick to pot.
Remove from heat and stir in evaporated milk.
