cavatelli pasta
cauliflower
cherry tomatoes
breadcrumbs
garlic
oliveoil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Boil 2 pots of water. One pot to cook your cauliflower florets and the other for your pasta. Add the cauliflower and cook till tender. Drain and arrange on a bakesheet. In a saute pan saute 3 garlic cloves and add breadcrumbs until tossed. Cover the cauliflower with the breadcrumbs and add your halved cherry tomatoes and mix. Drizzle with a bit more olive oil and roast until golden and the juices of the tomatoes are released. In the mean time cook your pasta. When ready, drain the pasta and remove the bakesheet from the oven and mix the roasted cauliflower,tomatoes and breadcrumbs together.
