5 potatoes
3 cauliflower heads
2 red onions
2 garlic cloves
olive oil
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes in one pot and the cut caulifower florets in another pot. Drain both the caulifower and potatoes when cooked and set aside to cool. When the potatoes are cooled begin to peel the skin off them and cut then into wedges. When all of the skin is removed on the potatoes and they are cut place them in a bowl and mix with the caulifower florets. Chop slices of red onion and add them to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix, and drizzle a generous amout of olive oil over the top and set aside.
