spaghetti pasta
shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
garlic cloves, minced
cherry tomatoes
arugala
olive oil
white wine
lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Boil a pot of water for the Spaghetti and cook accordinly. Take a large skillet and add a few tbsp of olive oil, add the garlic and sautee for a few minutes until the garlic starts to golden. Then, add the shrimp and cook until they begin to turn pink. Add the wine and cherry tomatoes and let cook for a few more minutes until the shrimp are perfectly cooked. Before serving add the zest of a lemon or as many as you would like . Add the fresh arugala and toss with the spaghetti.
