6-8 chicken breast, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 4 oz. sour cream, 1/2 box of velveeta cheese, 1 stick butter (may need more if you like a lot of crust), and 1 to 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers.

Boil chicken and debone, cut into small chunks mix soups, sour cream, and velveeta (I usually put the velveeta in the microwave with a little milk to soften so it will mix well) Put into casserole dish, melt the butter and mix with crushed Ritz crackers layer on top of the chicken mixture.

I do not always use poppyseed because they will stick under dentures and Mammaw doesn't like them because of that.
