˝lb. oleo (stick margarine NOT low fat) - softened
˝lb. (8oz) cream cheese (also, NOT low fat) – softened
2 ˝ cups flour
Mix together, shape into balls, and fit into miniature muffin/tart pans. Pampered chef small wooden tart shaper works great for this.

Filling:
3 eggs
2 ˝ cups brown sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ˝ cups crushed pecans
Beat eggs. Add sugar, butter, and vanilla. Once combined, add in nuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350°F. Fill dough cups approx. ľ full. Sprinkle some nuts over top before baking. Bake 20-22 minutes. Allow to cool somewhat before removing from pan. (Hot sugar burns. Ouch!) May need to run a butter knife in a circle between each cookie and the pan cup to remove.
