1 large can of Salmon
1 Sleeve (Ritz) crackers -crushed
1 overflowing tbsp. ketchup
1 egg
a lil' bit of real butter
a lil' bit of cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salmon with egg. Mix in cracker crumbs and ketchup, til it sticks together. Make into patties (a little bit smaller than hamburger patties). Roll each in the cracker crumbs to coat. Fry in the butter and oil over medium heat until brown and crispy on the outside.
