25 medium cucumbers
1 qt. vinegar
2 qt. sugar
1 tbs. whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tbs. celery seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Put cucumbers in large pan, add enough water to cover, add salt to water. Let stand for 2 weeks.

Drain out water, cut the pickles and put in cold water. Let stand over night. Mix vinegar, sugar whole cloves, cinnamon sticks and celery seed, cook. Pour over cucumbers and let stand over night. Repeat this procedure 3 different times.
For the fourth procedure, put cucumbers in bottles, cover with the liquid and seal.
