Boneless, skinless, chicken (enough to fit in the bottom of a 9x13 pan)
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken
1 pkg ritz crackers
3/4 cup butter
poppyseed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and cube chicken. Let cool and blace in the bottom of a 9x13 pan (or smaller). Mix sour cream and cream of chicken together well then spread mixture over the chicken. Crush crackers and sprinkle on top. Melt butter in microwave and pour on top of the crackers. Sprinkle poppyseed on top. Bake 35 mins at 350 F. Really good served with rice
