2 c. Self-Rising Flour
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring
2 Eggs
1/3 c. Melted Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs, stir in milk. Add vanilla then sugar and flour. Pour into a 9 X 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake until brown and toothpick comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes.

Our mom, Nora Duncan, used to make this when we were growing up and baked it in a bread pan. She called it Sweet Bread. We all loved it.
