4 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 onions, thinly sliced
1 can pork and beans with liquid
1 can red kidney beans with liquid
1 can small lima beans, drained
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup vinegar
‘/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Heat oil in a medium skillet and sauté garlic and onion.
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
Cook, uncovered, for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir twice during the first 10 minutes of cooking.
