Dutch Apple Pie Recipe

6c apples, cored and sliced
3/4c sugar
1tsp. cinnamon
1/2c + 1 T. butter
1/2c brown sugar
1c flour
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Place pie crust in pie plate. Mix together apples, sugar, and cinnamon and place in crust. Dot the top of the apples with 1T butter (cut in 4 pieces). In small bowl, cream together 1/2c butter and brown sugar. Cut in the 1c flour until coarse crumbs. Sprinkle on top of apples. Bake for 45 minutes with edge of crust covered. Remove foil or ring from crust and bake for additional 15 minutes.
