4 - 6 lb oven roast
Rub garlic pepper over entire roast
2 cups beef bouillon (2 tsp bouillon to 1 cup water)
2 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet Browning and Seasoning
NO SALT - Bouillon is very salty

Gravy
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Place rubbed roast in large roaster. Mix beef bouillon and Kitchen Bouquet together and pour around roast. Cover and bake at 350º for 20 minutes per pound for medium and 30 minutes per pound for well done. When roast has finished cooking remove from roaster. Pour the bouillon and kitchen bouquet liquid into a pot and bring it to a boil. Mix cornstarch and water together. Slowly add cornstarch mixture to stirring constantly until gravy thickens.
