Prepared mustard
Fresh ham
Lowry's season salt
Garlic
Onion powder
Paprika
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Coat a fresh ham with prepared mustard (the cheap yellow condiment). Then season with mixture of Lowry's season salt, garlic and onion powder, paprika and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate over night. About 6:00 a.m. the next morning, put roast in a covered roaster and place in a 325º oven. About seven hours later, I took it out and cut it off the bone. Made a roux (Flour and oil is 1 to 1 ratio.) on top of the stove with the fat off the drippings and then made gravy using the juice from the cooking. Return gravy and meat to roaster and add enough water to cover the meat. Stir mixture. Cook another two hours.

Personal Notes:
It tasted more like beef pot roast, but it was good. I add enough water to the gravy to cover the meat. I try to guess correctly the amount of roux to make the right amount of gravy so I don't have to add any (or much) water. I slice it into serving sizes so it can be placed on a plate.
