Six chicken pieces (or more), seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Cavendar's
1 family pack size of frozen Pictsweet Baby Lima Beans
1 large onion chopped
2 cans chicken broth
1 can water
Vegetable or Olive Oil to cover bottom of heavy pot

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in pot and heat. Add seasoned chicken pieces and brown on both sides. Remove chicken pieces and add chopped onions. Saute till clear, then add frozen lima beans and stir. Add chicken back into pot with both cans of chicken broth and one can of water. Cover and let simmer for at least 1/2 hour then taste broth for seasonings. Add additional salt, pepper, garlic powder and broth if needed (use chicken bouillon cubes if out of broth). Cover again and simmer on low for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes longer or till all chicken is cooked through. Serve over hot rice.

I have added a little diced tomato to this, but found it was not necessary to the taste. I don't add sugar.
