7 oz Elbow Macaroni
1/4 c butter
3 T all purpose floor
2 c milk
1 (8oz) pkg of cream cheese
1/2 t salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c dry bread crumbs
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add elbow macaroni and cook for 8-10 minutes or utnil pasta is al dente, then drain.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in flour.
Cook for about 1 minute until smooth and bubbly.
Mix in milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper and mustard.
Continue cooking until sauce is thickened.
Add cooked macaroni and cheddar cheese.
Pour into a casserole dish.
In a small bowl mix together bread crumbs and butter.
Spread into the macaroni and cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
