1-2 pkgs graham crackers broken into squares 12 T butter softened
1 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c white sugar
1 t vanilla
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
2 1/2 c flour
1 c chocolate chips
1 1/2 c marshmallows
3 hersey bars broken into single pieces
2 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º, line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Lay out graham crackers on pans as close as possible.
In a a medium bowl, whisk together flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon and set aside.
With electric mixer, cream butter with sugars until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and vanilla and mix until combined.
Add flour mixture to butter slowly and combine on low speed and fold in chocolate chips, then marshmallows.
Chill dough for 30minutes-1 hour.
Place 1 1/2 T of dough onto graham crackers and press slightly down.
Bake 5 minutes, pull out cookies, place Hershey square on cookie and cook for another 7-12 minuets, until golden brown.
Let cool completely.
