carrots, diced
celery dice in 1 inch pieces
cauliflower-cut up
jalapeņos-6-8 per jar
1/2 t tumeric
3 c vinegar
3 c water
4 cloves garlic per jar
6 t canning salt
pinch of Alum

Directions:
Directions:
Pack vegetables in quart jar.
Bring liquid and seasonings to a boil.
Pour over vegetables.
Add 4 t oil to each jar.
Wipe tops of jars good.
Put seals on jars.
Cover jars in water and let boil 8 minutes.
Set one month before opening.
