2 ½ cups flour
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
2 cups sugar
5 medium bananas, mashed
4 eggs
½ cup sour cream
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
(chopped walnuts optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Lightly butter 3 large loaf pans and dust with flour.
Sift flour, cornstarch, baking soda & salt in a large bowl.
Cream butter & sugar with a mixer for 3 minutes. Add bananas, eggs & sour cream.
Combine flour mixture.
Add nuts.
Bake 45 minutes (mini loaves) 55 minutes (large loaves)
