1 gallon chopped green tomatoes
1 gallon shredded cabbage
1/2 c salt
1 c ground red peppers (more if you want it hot)
1 c ground sweet peppers
1/2 gallon chopped onions
9 c vinegar
5 c sugar
6 T white mustard seed
3 T celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes and cabbage and salt.
Let stand overnight.
Drain; add peppers and onions.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over vegetables and boil for 15 minutes.
Place in jars and seal.
Makes 15 pints.
