1 pan cornbread crumbled, 6-8 chicken legs and thighs or a small chicken, cooked done in enough water to make 4-6 cups broth. Separate chicken meat from bones and fat. Break into small pieces. 3 eggs, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 stick butter, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. celery seed.

Mix bread crumbs and enough broth to moisten, mix in eggs. Saute onions in butter. Add onion mixture to bread crumb mixture. Mix. Add chicken, pepper, salt and celery seed. Add enough broth to make mixture very moist, so that when done it will still be a little moist. You can freeze any extra broth. Cook around 350º approximately 35-40 min or until well done. Serve with cranberry sauce.
