4 8oz of cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoon flour
3 eggs
2tbsp milk
4-6 tbsp sour cream
tsp of pistachio extract

Directions:
Bake on 450º for 10 minuges without opening the oven door and then continue to bake on 250º for an additional 40 minutes.
