Picnic ham or smoked shank portions
1 box brown sugar
1 can of pineapple juice
1 can of pineapple slices
6 cups of water
1 litter bottle coke
1 small jar honey

Directions:
Directions:
Unwrap ham and rinse with cold water. Put ham in a large saucepan with 4 cups of water and 3 cups of pineapple juice, 1 bottle coke and let sit for 4 hours. After 4 hours take it out and put in a baking pan with 2 cups of water, 1 cup pineapple juice and cook at 350º for 1 hour per pound. Cook until brown and tender, 1 hour before completely done take it out and glaze it. Mix together 1 cup hone, 1cup of pineapple juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup water.
Put sliced pineapple on top.
