6 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
6 tsp. baking powder
flour (about 2 1/2 - 3 cups) until the dough is no longer sticky

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 325º
Begin beating the egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick. then add all the ingredients and slowly mix until dough is formed. If the dough is too sticky add more flour if needed. Grease a rectangular pan and add about half the dough and spread into the pan. Then, add any choice of marmalade on the top and cover the top with the rest of the dough making them into stripes.
Bake until golden. When cooled dust stripes with powdered sugar.

I feel in love with Josie's cake because she always makes it with orange marmalade and its delicious ! I've also made it with pumpkin puree, nutella and other marmalades such as guava
